Our Lettings Services (Prices Include VAT)

Let Only

Suitable for landlords who prefer to meet prospective tenants and carry out their own viewings. Includes finding a suitable tenant, negotiating the best rent and terms, tenant referencing and all the paperwork required to establish a tenancy on your property. We also collect rent and register the tenant’s deposit for you unless you request otherwise.


Let Only +

All the benefits of our Let Only option but we will also arrange, accompany and feed back to you on all viewings with perspective tenants.


Rent Collection Only

All the benefits of our Let Only products with the addition of rent collection statements issued to the landlord each month. We take a zero tolerance approach to arrears and will also proactively manage rent arrears and issuing notices in the unlikely event the tenant falls behind with their rent.


Fully Managed

Our most popular service. Choose full property management if you'd like a completely hassle-free let. In addition to our letting service we'll handle all contact from your tenants, organise repairs and maintenance, and help ensure your property is being looked after by conducting regular inspections during the term of the tenancy.
